Hospital Policies
Admissions and Appointments:
1. For the safety of your pet, all animals entering the hospital must be on a leash or in a carrier.
2. For the protection of our inpatient pets, we require all hospitalized animals to be current on their vaccinations.
3. Surgical admissions are received by appointment, mornings between 7am to 8am, or by previous arrangement.
4. We prefer you call for an appointment to allow us to schedule ample time for your pet's needs.
Payments & Fees:
1. For Small Animal and Equine clients, our policy is payment in full at the time of services rendered. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, Discover, or American Express.
2. We are always happy to offer medical care plans with an approximated cost on all services to be performed and encourage you to be open with your financial concerns and questions.
3. We understand that emergencies and accidents are not anticipated, and there are occasional situations in which payment plans are necessary. Please refer your questions to our Accounts Receivable Manager.
Reminders:
For your convenience, reminder letters will be mailed and/or emailed to you when your pet is due for vaccinations or routine preventive health care.
Address/Name/Phone:
Please help keep our records accurate by updating us with any address, name, or phone number changes. If you notice inaccurate information within your file, please notify us. We depend on current, accurate information to insure you receive your pet's reminders.
